Mild but full-bodied autumn from the Pussimbing plantation in Darjeeling. This popular tea also manages to add flavor to slightly harder water. It is a healthy tea that is almost reminiscent of an oolong tea, but with a little more bite.
The more vibrant spring tones are gone, and what remains is a more mature drink with a hint of dried fruit in the aftertaste.
