Description / Nong Xiang Oolong Organic

Oolong is a special kind of tea, a cross between black and green. By stopping the oxidation when the leaves turn from green to black/brown, it produces more complex flavors that are not found in black or green tea.

This is a slightly darker organic oolong with an exciting palette of flavors. Slightly malty, but with sweet notes reminiscent of honey and vanilla.
