Description / Black Chai
Black Chai first tastes of black tea, the spices appear in the aftertaste. Can also be enjoyed with a splash of milk. In the Indian way, you can first toast the tea briefly in a saucepan, then simmer for a few minutes in a little water, before adding water and heating gently.
