Each item is listed with price including VAT. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees, VAT and payment, excluding shipping. Any remaining bonus points can be used on the payment page. Shipping within Sweden currently costs 59:-, but if you buy more than 800 SEK it is free of charge.

We offer payment via VISA and MasterCard, Trustly Direct Payment, PayPal and invoice. When paying by invoice, a credit check may be made.


Right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal (withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days.
Your message to us must clearly state that you are withdrawing. The withdrawal period starts on the day you received the goods or a substantial part of them. If it is a specially made product - or a product with a clear personal touch - the right of withdrawal does not apply.

You do not have a right of withdrawal if

  • the service was started during the withdrawal period with your consent,
  • the price is dependent on the fluctuations of the financial market, such as a stock,
  • the goods cannot be returned due to their nature. This applies, for example, to tea that we weigh. Therefore, before ordering a larger quantity of a certain type of tea, it may be wise to try a smaller quantity. Also, keep in mind that tea is an agricultural product, and that the taste can vary from year to year even for the same type of tea.


When you exercise your right of withdrawal:

You are obliged to keep the product in as good a condition as when you received it. You must not use it, but of course carefully examine it. If the goods are damaged or lost due to your negligence, you lose your right of withdrawal.


Guarantees and service

We guarantee that our teas are fresh, and that our other products are of a standard that can be expected for the same price. Please note that descriptions of flavors are partly subjective. In the case of photos, colors may differ between what appears on a monitor and the actual product. There are many producers and suppliers of tea, and a particular tea from one supplier may taste different from a tea with the same name from another supplier. This applies to both flavored and pure teas. As tea is an agricultural product, the taste can also vary from year to year, even if the product name is the same. If you are dissatisfied with a product, please contact us immediately so that we can review it.


Personal data

When you place your order with us, you provide your personal data. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your data in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. Our website uses so-called cookies to store user information, such as the shopping cart. Under the Personal Data Act, you have the right to access the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or removed. In this case, please contact us by email or the contact form.



We normally dispatch your order within one (1) working day of your order. In connection with major weekends, the delivery time may be longer. We reserve the right to run out of an item, even if it does not appear so on the website. If we cannot deliver within two working days, we will contact you. In cases where we split the order in two, i.e. first send the items we have in stock, you will of course only pay shipping once. We send smaller deliveries with PostNord and larger packages with DHL. You can find your nearest DHL delivery point on the Service Point page. Shipping times are beyond our control, but can vary from 1 day to 3-4 working days within the country.

Uncollected packages

Your goods will normally remain at the delivery point for two weeks. Unclaimed goods are returned to us. For all unclaimed shipments, we reserve the right to charge you the cost of return shipping, handling and processing fees, currently 150€


Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or we have packed it incorrectly. Returns should be sent by letter or parcel, not by cash on delivery. For exchanges, we will pay the new shipping from us to you. However, tea exchange is not possible.
Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you must,
in the case of a product: send or return it to us
in the case of a service: keep the material available to us, unless it causes you inconvenience.


Obligation to reimburse

If you have exercised your right to withdraw, we must reimburse you for what you have paid for the goods as soon as possible or, at the latest, within 30 days of the date on which we received the goods or, in the case of a service, the notice of withdrawal. You will have to pay the cost of returning the goods when you send them back. We always pay the cost of returning so-called replacement goods.
