Privacy and personal information

Te-Centralen protects your personal privacy. The personal data is yours, and we borrow it to be able to fulfill our part of the agreement when you register an account with us, or when you order goods. Here we describe how we handle your personal data within the framework of our business.

Collection of personal data
We collect this information from you, or generate it from your activity.

Name (first name, last name, possibly middle name
Contact information, address, email address, phone number
User-generated information about your interaction with Te-Centralen, such as IP address, browser settings, location information, links clicked
Identification, such as organization number for companies, and social security number*) for individuals
Order information, information about ordered goods, date/time, amount, discounts
Customer category, e.g. student, retailer or private customer.
Purchase information, invoice, delivery note, goods, prices, discounts, payment method, card number*)
Financial information such as credit reports
Wish list, goods that you have marked in a "wish list"
Shopping cart, items you put in the shopping cart are saved even if you do not complete the purchase
Bonus; Points for purchases or other activity that generates points. Change of bonus, such as use when purchasing.
Reviews, reviews you leave about our goods
Support information, e.g. questions, photographs, basis for complaints.
Other information provided in competition entries, evaluations of events, other information that you provide in emails or contact forms to us.
Te-Centralen does not use social security numbers. If you choose a payment service that uses social security numbers (e.g. Klarna), you give them permission to handle your social security number.

*) Te-Centralen does not handle your card number, but the organization that provides the payment service does (Adyen, Klarna, VISA, MasterCard, etc.). Parts of your card number may be stored in our systems.
