An elegant and flavorful Ceylon tea from hand-picked leaves. The beautifully twisted leaves give off an aromatic flavor with notes of honey and precious wood. One tip is to try brewing it the Chinese way, i.e. several steepings but for a shorter time. Then the water temperature can be slightly lower, around 90°C, and the steeping time around 30 seconds.
