Aromatically fruity, with hints of apricot and raisins, this tea quickly becomes a welcome addition to breakfast.
Uva is a district on the eastern side of Sri Lanka (formerly Ceylon). The climate here is different than in other districts, but actually even better for tea cultivation. Uva is considered one of the very best "high-grown" teas from Ceylon, and together with Darjeeling and Keemun belong to the three major aromatic teas.

Good aroma and beautiful color. The taste is mild, as with many Ceylon teas, but there is a note of something fruity, something delicious. I am very fond of this tea.
