Description / Golden Pearls

Fine young leaves rolled into a ball, about 1 cm in diameter. Pearls are of course a symbol of exclusivity and luxury. In this case, they also hold the aroma better.

The taste is fruity and thick with a hint of plum or apricot compote. This tea does not become particularly bitter, even after a long time, and can be enjoyed as it is. Try it with gongfu brewing. For convenience, take twice as many tea leaves, some water, and brew several times on the same leaf.

It is also possible to brew directly in the cup, and add more water as you go along.
