Description / Korea Hadong Saejak
A hand-picked green tea village of Hadong, at the foot of Mount Jiri in Korea, Amanda's ancient homeland. Here is Korea's most famous tea district. The tea is picked in late April and early May. The name, taken from a famous quote, means "narrow sparrow (-tongue)", and refers to the thin tea leaves. It is manufactured according to a unique manufacturing method in a very hot wok by the award-winning tea master Cho Yun-Seok. Uncompromising quality gives this tea a fresh, clear taste, slightly fuller than woojeon.
