Description / Green Tuo Cha (Sheng)

Light pu'ers that are pressed into small pieces, which because of their shape are called "bird nests". Each little cookie contains about 5 grams, and comes wrapped in a protective paper that is removed before steeping. This can be steeped many times, and feel free to experiment with shorter times. The aroma is slightly sweet, and the taste has a hint of fruity sweetness. It is slightly rough and raw, with hints of wood, grass and smoke. An exciting tea that you can experiment with.
