In 1902, the first part of the Hathikuli Tea Estate was established. Since 2011, the plantation has been organically certified, and there has been a systematic effort to preserve the soil quality.
The conscious quality work has paid off, and Hathikuli produces fine teas. This tea comes from the first harvest, but is nevertheless strong. Tasty and affordable tea, and a bit of a favorite right now.
