We have finally got a nice kabusecha! It is a cross between sencha and gyokuro, as it is shaded only a short time (about a week) before harvest. The taste is softer than sencha, and for those of us who like it, it is the perfect balance that makes this tea so good. Japanese tea tradition.

Harmonious balance

I am not a tea expert but after trying the Japanese Combo package, it was this tea that had a harmonious balance that appealed to me. Have been buying this for a couple of years now and it is very good. Warm recommendations!

Very good tea but slightly expensive

I thought I like sencha, but this tea is even better. Bitter taste of sencha (which I really liked) has disappeared but the tea has become even better. Very easy to drink, subtle soft flavor and very refreshing. However, the price is a bit questionable. 2 times more expensive than organic sencha. You have to decide for yourself if the taste is worth it.
