Mature, earthy pu'er from Chinese Yunnan province. Pu'er (or pu erh as it is sometimes written) often comes pressed into cakes. Here, however, is a loose-leaf variety, which is stored for 2-3 years._x000D_

| Water temperature | 95-100°C |
| Steeping time | One minute the first steeping, the second time slightly shorter, then increasing time. |
| Tips | Use the double the amount of tea leaves and brew very briefly (but of course several times). |

It is a tea that has a very easy to control flavor. If you want something more bitter, you can let it soak for an extra minute. Can be reused 2-3 times before it starts to lose too much flavor.

I have now tasted some powdered teas, both dark and light.
This one has bite and a scent of "yak" :)

Exciting - a 5 for a new experience

My first aged tea. Completely new flavors and nuances in a tea for me and my partner. If you want to try something new, this is an experience. Hard to describe but a bit like whiskey, the sharpest flavors disappear and there are softer aromas, aromas that are not reminiscent of anything I have tried before. Definitely something I will taste and offer again!
