From the volcanic South Korean island of Jeju comes this delicacy. In recent years, the fruits of years of experimentation have begun to appear. This is a fermented tea with a similar process to pu'er.
The taste is softly ripe and very full-bodied. Not particularly bitter, this tea offers a spectrum of flavors, something fruity sweet and creamy. The earthiness usually found in this type of tea is completely absent. A tea in a class of its own.
