Description / Long Jing Premium

All lists of China's most famous teas tend to be topped by this one, Long Jing. It is a green tea originally from the Xihu (West Lake) district just outside Hangzhou. There is a village here called Long Jing, which means 'Dragon Spring' or 'Dragon Well'.
