A really exciting oolong tea from the Fenghuang Mountains in Guangdong Province, China. Dark, twisted leaves that are processed separately from one singe kind of bush. A whole exotic taste bouquet, with slightly darker tones. A natural scent of night hyacinth *) as the crown of the work. Really exciting for anybody who want to discover something new.
It is a unique oolong tea that does best with gongfu brewing, ie a lot of tea leaves but a short time. Otherwise, it can easily get bitter.

Fantastic tea! In itself my first dancong so I have nothing to compare it to.
