In northern Vietnam there is a unique area with wild-growing tea trees. Whether they have come there naturally, or are remnants of previous tea cultivation is unclear. In any case, this is a unique tea, with its own taste. It is more reminiscent of Chinese than Japanese tea, but is not particularly bitter but almost a little sweet aftertaste.
