Description / Shui Xian Green (Organic)
Shui Xian is the Chinese name for the (Easter) lily and its different varieties. Normally it is the darkest of all oolong. But here the oxidation is interrupted earlier, and the result is a really exciting tea, with a plethora of flavors. The infusion is bright yellow, with a sweet floral aroma. It is easily associated with nectar and clover. When you let it wash around your palate, it feels like taking a bite of summer... To do it justice, we think you should dose generously, i.e. use a little water, but brew many batches on the same leaf.
