Description / Tai Mu Long Zhu
From Fujian comes this spring tea, which is of course made by hand. Careful plucking followed by steaming and rolling produces a tea with a light and slightly creamy taste. Best served directly in a glass, or in a glass jug, so that you can see the beautiful leaves unfold. The name means "Dragon Pearls of Taimu". There are other varieties - note that this is not a jasmine tea.
