Organic tea from the Tonganagaon Tea Estate, founded in 1927. Assam is located at a low altitude, and it is more challenging to grow organically here compared to Darjeeling. An increasing number of plantations are switching to organic production, and there is starting to be a good selection.
The leaves are fine, with golden leaf shoots. When you brew it, a clear but thick cup awaits, with a light scent of cedar.
