Description / Xiao Zhuan pu'er (Shu)
A slightly crumbly dark or "cooked" pu'er (shu puehr), which gives a really dark cup. Full-bodied with a soft taste for those who like stronger flavors, or come from a coffee background ;) As it comes in pieces, it is easy to dose. 1 piece is about right to 2 dl of water, if you steep it in a more "western" way. If you steep in a small gaiwan, 1 piece also works, but then you may have to shorten the time.
