Description / Yellow Needle
Yellow Needle is an exclusive yellow tea from Yunnan province. It consists only of leaf shoots. After picking, the shoots are heated in a wok, and then wrapped in a thick linen paper/cloth. A slow oxidation takes place, the leaves are heated again, wrapped again, and then roasted and dried. This complex process produces a bright yellow tea with a special, smooth flavor.
Fine and exclusive; should be enjoyed as is.
