Description / Korea Hadong Woojeon
Woojeon means "before the rain", and is considered the finest quality of green tea in Korea, Amanda's ancient homeland. It is picked before "Gogu" (the start of spring farming) around April 20th. Made according to a unique method in a very hot wok. Uncompromising quality gives this unique tea a fresh, clear taste. Made by award-winning tea master Cho Yun-Seok in the village of Hadong, on Mount Jiri. What kind of tea you like is of course a matter of taste, but if we talk about quality, it rarely gets better than this.

An absolutely wonderful scent!

A grassy, wonderfully fresh scent - like sleeping outside in a summer meadow on an early summer night. Intense, rich, saturated, grassy and herbaceous. Therefore, the taste was a bit of a disappointment for me, but others may think differently. I had expected a little fuller and drier flavor. But a fine-tuned luxury to enjoy - absolutely!
