Japan's kyusu, the teapot with the handle at an angle. It is the standard accessory for brewing Japanese teas sencha and gyokuro.
The transverse handle is popular because it requires only a slight movement of the wrist to pour the tea. Of course, it can also be used to brew other types of tea.
There is a fine strainer at the outlet. The pot is about 6.5 cm high and has a diameter of about 11 cm. It holds about 350 ml, or 3.5 dl.
