The first question is of course, what is mulberry? Well, it's an ancient crop, perhaps best known for its leaves being used to feed silkworms for silk production. But as the name suggests, it also produces berries, which are used for juices and jams as well as dried. But you can sometimes detect a slight toffee flavor in dried mulberries. With a green tea base, this is a berry experience without being too intrusive.
