Very practical, fine mesh strainer for cup. The fine mesh ensures that no tea leaves slip through into the cup. The flanges allow the strainer to hang in the cup, and it also works well for a smaller teapot. After brewing, the lid is used as a saucer to avoid spills on the table. Can it get any better?

I have no further experience when it comes to strainers, but with the previous ones I have used, the tea leaves have usually managed to get through the strainer somehow. This has not happened with this product, even with something as "small-leafed" as rooibos.

Don't know how much strainers usually cost, but for me this product was worth every penny.
