Ripe, earthy pu'er from Chinese Yunnan province, flavored with lemongrass and lemon peel. It may sound a little strange, but it feels like a natural combination. For those of you who are curious about pu'er, this can be a good way to try.

| Water temperature | 100°C |
| Steeping time | 2-3 minutes first time, second time slightly shorter, then increasing steeping time. |
| Tips | Double the amount of tea leaves and brew very briefly (but of course several times). |

I have a tendency to get tired of flavoured teas, so I don't drink them often. But I find that this one is so subtle and pure in its flavour that I can drink it all the time. The lemon is not overpowering, and I find that it complements perfectly the earthy richness of pu'er.
