Description / Shuixian Oolong

An oolong tea that has been allowed to oxidize for a long time, and become really dark. Unusually aromatic, it is suitable for drinking as it is, at any time of the day. It is also suitable later in the day, since the caffeine content is quite low.
It is grown in Wuyishan, the Chinese oolong tea hub. Here, the dramatic scenery is often shrouded in rain clouds, offering a very suitable place to grow tea.
