An exclusive organic white tea, made only on the leaf shoots. Yin zhen means "silver needle" in Chinese, and often appears under its English name, "silver needle". It refers to the fluffy, silvery leaf shoots. Like all white teas, the leaves / shoots are dried only, without heating as when making green tea. It is therefore sometimes said that white tea is the most natural tea.
The drink is light yellow, but a very light taste.
