YeTea - Tea bags in travel tin

So you can always take good tea with you when traveling or hiking. Tight tin with 6 tea bags that we produce ourselves. No envelope, string or staples. The bag material is biodegradable and compostable. Choose from black, green or rooibos:

• Earl Great - our own Earl Grey with a twist. Lots of flavor.
• Green Tea Peach - lovely fruity tea with peach flavor.
• Rooibos 1772 - cozy evening tea, orange and cinnamon, warms well.
• English Breakfast - classic, yes. Boring, no. Tasty blend that we make ourselves.

After several customers asked for tea bags, we started thinking. The bags we have to fill ourselves were rejected with variations of "Nah, I'm going to the mountains and can't be bothered.". So what would tea bags look like that work well in the mountains? It should be easy to take with you. The teas need to be protected from moisture, otherwise they spoil very quickly. So we came up with this tight tin with a screw-on lid. It's lightweight, protects the teas well, and can be used for a lot of different things before it's time to recycle.

We make the bags ourselves, and fill them with the best tea we can find. The bag material is also the best we could find. Thin enough for the water to flow through easily, yet dense enough to prevent crumbs from falling through. Of course, it's completely neutral in taste (did anyone think that our taste guru Amanda would accept anything else...?)

Around the same time that private customers were asking for tea bags, we were asked by the hotel and restaurant industry if we could produce a tea bag: "You who know tea, can't you produce tea bags that taste something?"
