Rich breakfast tea made from the large-leafed assamica variety of the tea plant. The Chinese province of Yunnan is known for its strong teas, and this is no exception. We previously had a similar Yunnan tea, but this is probably even better and also organic.
It can be steeped for a long time, although there is a certain roughness.
The taste has a certain fruitiness, and has hints of honey. Not directly smoky, which is otherwise common for Yunnan tea. Good for breakfast or in the afternoon. Or at any time.

Round flavor with just the right amount of sweetness, rich without being bitter. I drink with milk and sugar so I need a strong base so that it doesn't get soggy and disappear.
