Description / Keemun Royal Maofeng
Keemun is a kind of aromatic but mild Chinese black tea, and is usually considered "the three aromatic teas" together with Darjeeling and Ceylon. Keemun (after Qimen) was the first black tea produced in Anhui Province.
This is our finest keemun, with whole, soot-black leaves and buds. The drink becomes copper-colored and very aromatic, with a characteristic taste of cocoa.
For many, it is a favorite to enjoy the slightly heavier breakfast on the weekend.
