We have a lot of regular customers, and many of our regular customers try many different teas.
But Sune doesn't just taste, he also takes notes.
He cuts out the label for each tea, and pastes it into a booklet.
He also writes a rating, so he knows which teas he liked the most.
The family is usually involved in the rating, as there are several of them who drink tea.
He is currently on his third booklet of teas from us.
When it was time to choose the hundredth tea just before Christmas, we took the opportunity to take pictures.
It's a simple and neat system to follow.
Cut, paste and briefly write a rating or a few words.
What a great way to discover new varieties, and also keep them in order!
